I could write my own guides and such...BUT I'm too lazy here is a very good i found though... I'll write my own guide eventually...maybe
All About Runes
Well i got around to it heres my rune crafting guide
Things needed to create runes:
- you need to have the arcane transmutor activated. you can do this at lvl 10 by accepting and submitting the quest from lehman in the class hall, varanas.
- you also need charges. you get 10 of them when you activate the arcane transmutor, but if you already used them, you can buy it in the itemshop (press / or the gift icon next to the minimap) for 300 tokens or ?? diamonds (dont know that att the moment, will update later), or you can buy charges for 30 tokens each from Lehman.
- finally, you need runes. not crafting runes (link runes, blend runes etc.) but runes with stats (runes with green text in the description). wich runes you need, depends on the rune you want to make, and i'll tell you that later. you can get them from mobs or buy them in the Auction House. or use runes you made before.
IMPORTANT: the runes you are going to use to make a new one, need to be of the same tier, example: if you use Endurance II and Resistance II, you'll get Atonement II. but if you use Endurance III and Resistance II, you wont get anything.
you can also upgrade runes by putting 5 of the same type and tier together. you'll get the same rune, but then of one tier higher.
when you got that all, open the arcane transmutor (press b or open backpack, and click the chest in the left bottom corner).
then put the runes you want to use in the boxes. for upgrading, you need 5 of the same type and tier, and for creating new ones, you need 2 different type's but the same tier (more about that later).
IF THERE ARE MORE OR LESS RUNES THAN NEEDED, IT WON'T WORK.
than, if you have put in the right runes, a preview of the rune that will be made will appear in the box below, with the name next to it.
also, the amount of charges needed will appear below the current amount of charges left (in the beginning this will most likely be 1, but when you, for example, put 25 Mind I in it, it'll require 2 charges and it'll give Mind III. that's because it first converts the 25 runes into 5 Mind II, and those in one Mind III).
then click confirm and the rune wich was previewed, will be made.
congratulations, you just made a rune yourself!!
here's link to the runes needed and the outcome of the process.

there might be some mistakes about the amount of stats that a rune gives, but it's mostly correct.
next a mana stone tiering chart and guide
High tier mana stones (MS) are used to upgrade
weapons*) of all sorts for achieving higher
damage- both physical and magical - stats (do not confuse with physical/magical attack). This is usually useful when you hit lvl50 and cannot get to better stuff.
Be aware that creating a high tier mana stone is quite costly, mainly AT-charges wise. Because of that, usually only VERY GOOD stuff gets upgraded (blue, purple, orange).
For better planning of such significant step as spending tens or even hundreds of AT charges and considerable amount of money, I'd recommend using the
ItemPreviewaddon.
*) upgrading to high tier using Random Fusion Stones has a side effect of pushing out all bonuses from the item. Armors are better enchanted by normal means - getting a lot of stats (Stamina, Strength, Wisdom, Intelligence, Dexterity etc.) on them - as high tier only raises defense on armors.
Creating high tier mana stones with non-random attributes is VERY costly and will not be mentioned in this guide.
The easiest and cheapest way to make a high tier MS is by combining random fusion stones with some armor of desired tier.
The highest MS we can make from items is T3. For making one MS T3 you need 1 Random Fusion Stone (1980 gold), one T3 armor piece and one AT charge.
To get a mana stone of higher tier you need to combine three mana stones (all same tier) in the Arcane Transmuter (AT) - i.e. to make 1 MS T4 you have to combine 3 MS T3. 3x MS T4 => 1x MS T5, etc.
Also don't forget that you need 3 mana stones in the end in order to be able to upgrade your precious weapon.
To get an idea about how much charges and money you need, I made a simple table:

In the end you can see that for upgrading a weapon to T6 you'll need 3 T6 MS, each needs 40 AT charges, total 120 charges. That means 3600 tokens (10 charges for 300 tokens) or 228 diamonds (10 charges for 19 diamonds). So once again - think twice and plan well.
